    The automatic tube filling and sealing machine is designed for filling viscous liquids, such as lotion, toothpaste, ointment, shampoo, cream, paste, honey, jam, sauce, condensed milk, sunscreen, hand gel, glue, paint, and more. This series includes three models with different sealing molds: heating sealing, ultrasonic sealing, and folding sealing, suitable for various types of tubes like plastic, plastic-aluminum laminated, and aluminum tubes. It is widely used in industries such as cosmetics, sauces, washing gels, skincare products, and more. The machine can be integrated into a production line with a box cartoning machine, film packing machine, and other equipment.
 

Main Feature

1. Equipped with multiple stations and a manipulator, this machine can accommodate various types of tail folding and sealing requirements for aluminum tubes, making it a versatile, multi-purpose machine.
2. The entire process—including tube feeding, eye marking, interior tube cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, and finished product discharge—can be performed automatically.
3. Servo control allows precise and convenient adjustment of the filling amount through the touch screen.
4. The height of the tube chamber can be easily adjusted by a motor according to the different lengths of the tubes. The external reversal feeding system makes tube loading more convenient and organized.
5. The mechanical linkage photo sensor has a precision tolerance of less than 0.2mm, reducing the chromatic aberration between the tube and the eye mark.
6. The machine integrates photo-electronic, electric, and pneumatic control systems. It features a "no tube, no filling" function and triggers an alarm when low pressure occurs. The machine automatically stops in case of a tube error or if the safety door is opened.
7. The three-layer jacket instant heater with internal air heating prevents damage to the pattern on the tube’s outer wall, achieving a firm and aesthetically pleasing sealing effect.
