It features a PLC controller and color touch screen, allowing for programmable control of the machine. It is capable of automatically performing filling for ointments, creams, gels, or viscous materials, as well as sealing or tail folding and embossing batch numbers (including manufacture dates). It is an ideal piece of equipment for aluminum tube filling and sealing in the cosmetics, food, and adhesive industries.

3. Parts in contact with materials are made from 316L stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with GMP production standards.
4. The filling and sealing mechanisms are housed in a semi-closed, non-static visual cover above the platform, making them easy to observe, operate, and maintain.
5. The rotary wheel, driven by a CAM, operates at high speed and precision.
6. A photoelectric calibration workstation equipped with a high-precision probe and stepper motor ensures accurate positioning of the hose pattern.
7. The filling nozzle features a Japanese-imported sealing ring to prevent leakage during filling.
8. The tail sealing is performed using a Leister hot air gun with an internal heating and external cooling device.
9. The encoding workstation automatically prints codes in the designated positions according to the process requirements.
10. A shaping manipulator is available to cut the hose tail to a right angle or rounded corner as needed.
11. The machine includes a "no tube, no fill" function, overload protection, and other safety features.
12. It has counting and quantification capabilities for stopping operations.
13. (Optional) The machine can be equipped with a stirring storage hopper, a double storage hopper with heating insulation, and a dust cover.
