Working Process of Hair Pomade Lobe Pump Filler
Product Feeding
Hair pomade is loaded into a heated mixing hopper, where it is preheated to the set temperature to maintain proper flowability.
Metering & Transfer
A servo motor drives the lobe pump to rotate. The sealed chambers formed between the rotors and pump housing accurately transfer a fixed volume of pomade.
Bottle Filling
Containers are conveyed to the filling nozzles by the conveyor system. Optional diving filling allows the nozzle to descend to the bottom of the container and rise during filling to reduce air bubbles.
Anti-Drip Function
After filling is completed, the servo motor briefly reverses to suck back residual product inside the nozzle, preventing dripping and stringing.
Container Output
Filled containers are transferred by conveyor to downstream processes such as capping and labeling for final packaging.
