Split Set friction stabilized anchors are innovative full-length anchorage systems designed for active reinforcement of surrounding rock in mining and tunneling applications. These high-performance anchors consist of anchor rods and trays, providing immediate radial pressure and three-way force stabilization.
Product Overview
The anchor rod is manufactured from high-strength steel pipe with longitudinal slits. When installed in a borehole slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, it immediately exerts radial pressure along the entire borehole length, preventing surrounding rock slippage. Combined with the supporting force of the pallet, this system places the surrounding rock in a three-way force state for optimal stabilization.
