165mm High Air Pressure DTH Drilling Button Bits and Tools with tungsten carbide button drill bits designed for superior rock drilling performance in various geological conditions.
DTH Drill Bits are categorized into three main types based on their design and application:
- Flat Type: Ideal for hard rock layers and highly corrosive rock formations under high wind pressure conditions
- Convex Type: Optimized for soft to medium hard rocks with medium to low wind pressure, delivering faster drilling speeds
- Concave Type: Versatile design suitable for all rock layers, particularly effective in medium hard rocks with excellent drilling straightness and efficient slag removal
A combination design that provides increased speed over conventional domed buttons while maintaining higher longevity than more aggressive ballistic carbide designs.
Tough shape engineered for hard, abrasive rock and deep-hole drilling applications. Suitable for nearly all rock drilling scenarios.
Ideal for less-abrasive sedimentary deposits where drilling speed is critical. Not recommended for badly broken ground or extremely hard rock formations.
