Installation Guide
Roll top fence installation follows standard metal fence procedures. This example demonstrates installation for a 2.5m width configuration.
- Measure fence width per set and calculate post placement. Install posts every 2.5 linear meters. For concrete surfaces, secure post flange plates with M10 (minimum) anchor bolts. Ensure alignment follows your planned layout during measurement.
- Position roll top fence panels adjacent to posts, maintaining minimal clearance between panel and post to facilitate V clip installation.
- Install V clips at vertical intervals according to post punched holes (typically 450mm or 600mm per clip). Self-drilling bolts eliminate the need for pre-drilled post holes.
- Install post rain caps. For difficult heights, install caps before post installation. Welded metal caps require no additional installation steps.
