Mesh panels utilize high-quality low carbon steel wire welded by computer-controlled machines. Posts use international standard tubing materials including 60×60×2.0mm, 75×75×3.0mm, 80×80×3.0mm, 100×100×3.0mm or diameters 60×2.0mm, 89×3.0mm.
- Standard Galvanized wire finish (80-100g/m² zinc prior to welding)
- Galfan wire finish (275-300g/m² Zn/Al alloy prior to welding)
- Triple coat anti-corrosion architectural finish: Galvanized/Galfan wire + Zinc Phosphate pre-treatment + 100 micron Polyester coating
- Hot-dipped galvanized after fabrication (500-600g/m² zinc)
- Longevity: 10-15+ years depending on coating system
