PVC coated chain-link fencing can be an excellent choice. With the right fence you can expect years of protection, privacy and value. PVC chain-link fencing comes in a wide range of qualities, colors, sizes and types.

Material: PVC coated wire, core of it can be electro galvanized iron wire, hot-dipped galvanized iron wire or black annealed iron wire.

Weaving and features: The most common way is the wire material coated with PVC before Weaving (GAW), where the PVC coated iron wire is formed into chain-link fabric first and then weaved. Woven diamond pattern provides strong, durable and flexible construction. The closely spaced diamond mesh construction gives your fence linear strength and springy texture to protect horses from injury and prevent predators from entering paddocks and pastures.

Colors: Standard colors are black, brown and green, or other colors at customers request.

Applications: PVC coated chain link fence is mainly used as fences for playground and gardens, super 
highway, railway, airport, port, residence, etc. Chain link fence is also used in breeding of animals. 
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coatings can supplement the metallic protective coatings described above. You'll gain an additional defense against corrosion, and add aesthetics to blend with the environment. There is a primary method of coating we recommend both of which require sound process controls to ensure that the wire material is properly prepared to receive the coating:

1. PVC is applied to the framework in a thickness of 10 to 14 mils - referred to as a heavy mil coating (visualize a rubber-like coating).
2. Polyester coating is a 3-mil color powder that is electro-statically applied.

Both products, properly applied, will provide good results; however, the trend is increasingly toward the PVC product. The product was warranted for 10-15 years. We don't recommend painting the framework. That might save a few dollars now, but continued maintenance will likely cost more in the long run.
