Q1.Are you a factory or trading co.,?    

We have our factories located in Shanghai city China, which have more than 300 workers totally .

Q2.What's the Payment method?

We support various payment way(T/T, Western union, PayPal,  Money gram, Secure payment-Escrow, etc). T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We Suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Because there is bank process handle fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.

Q3.How about MOQ? 

If stocked items, MOQ is 5 Pieces. If out of stock, the MOQ is 100 Pieces.

Q4.Can we print our own brand or logo on your products?

Yes, Of course. Will be our pleasure to be one your good OEM manufacturer in China to meet your OEM requirements.

Q5.About Sample

If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers' design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order reaches our MOQ.

Q6.How is packing?

Each bag is non woven bag or opp bag packing, outside is carton packing.

Q7.How do you guarantee the product quality?  

Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.

Q8.About shipping

By sea, by air, by express(DHL, it is about 3 to 4 days, FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT etc.).
