Brictec Coal Burner is the energy-saving, efficient and simple system which used for burning system of Hoffman Kiln and Tunnel Kiln in brick & tile industry
![High Efficiency Pulverized Coal Burner for Making Brick]()
The burner is sprayed and automatically ignited, installed in the burning part of the kiln. The burner is controlled by the temperature regulator and thermocouple homogenization temperature and optimized combustion. Each burner contains: manual shut-off valve, large flame solenoid valve, small flame solenoid valve, cast aluminum burner head, secondary air low pressure safety switch and pressure gauge, burner gun with a set of special materials telescopic tube. The electronic control unit is equipped with complete flame control, temperature regulator, thermocouple. Each hole power 115kw.
