Q5: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receiving your order, and we will not proceed with production until we receive your approval of the artwork.
Q6: How long does it take to ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver them to you within 1-3 days. The regular lead time for mass production is 20 days, depending on the order quantity. While we do keep some stock for standard items, the stock quantity is subject to change. Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date information.
