Q5: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce until we get your approval of the artwork.
Q6: How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products in stock, we can deliver in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 20 days depending on order quantity. We maintain stock for standard items, but quantities vary. Contact us for current availability.
Q7: What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A: Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to the time of your request. No changes are accepted once an order is in production. Changes will be processed as new orders.
