The electric motor drives the rotor through belt transmission, rotating hammer heads at high speed. Material entering the crushing cavity is initially impacted by the rotating hammers, then thrown against the counter-attack area for secondary crushing. Additional crushing occurs as impacted materials collide with falling materials during movement. This repeated impact and counter-impact process produces uniformly sized particles discharged between the hammer head and crushing plate.
