Working Principle

The electric motor drives the rotor through belt transmission, enabling high-speed rotation of hammer heads on the rotor disk. Materials entering the crushing cavity undergo multiple impact cycles: initial hammer impact, counter-attack zone crushing, and material-to-material collision, resulting in progressive size reduction through repeated impact and counter-impact mechanisms.
