The electric motor drives the rotor through belt transmission, enabling high-speed rotation of hammer heads on the rotor disk. Materials entering the crushing cavity are initially impacted by the rotating hammer heads, then further crushed in the counter-attacking area. Additional crushing occurs as materials collide with falling particles during movement, resulting in repeated impact and counter-impact cycles that produce uniformly sized particles discharged between the whacking head and crushing plate.
