Technical support during the warranty period
During the warranty period:
The seller will provide the technical support and supply the needed parts with the cost price if there is any problem does not influence the regular production. If needed, the seller will dispatch engineer and translator to the buyer’s factory to deal with the problem. During the service period, the buyers need to pay for the travel expenses, tickets, accommodation fee and the other charges except the labor charges. If the problem has influenced the regular production, the seller must provide the solution without charge immediately.
