The HYBM-2000 is our heavy-duty industrial extrusion blow moulding machine purpose-built for the production of 2000-liter thick-wall HDPE water storage tanks serving the demanding agricultural irrigation and mining water management sectors across South America. With a robust 950kN clamping system and a 120mm extruder delivering 380kg/h throughput, this machine is engineered to produce tanks with wall thicknesses up to 8mm, meeting the structural requirements for above-ground installations exposed to livestock impact, vehicle collision risk, and mining site vibration.
The machine is specifically designed for the operational realities of South American industrial facilities in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia, where tanks must withstand extreme temperature variations between the high-altitude Andes mining regions and the tropical Amazon basin agricultural zones. Every mechanical subsystem is specified with a 1.5x safety factor above rated load to ensure decades of reliable operation in remote locations where access to specialized maintenance technicians may be limited.
