The 1000L 12-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is an ultra-high-end precision molding device for special industrial packaging. Adopting twelve independent extruders and multi-channel synchronous co-extrusion technology, it realizes ultra-fine functional layered molding for 1000L large containers. It is mainly used for ultra-pure chemical reagents, high-grade pharmaceutical intermediates and special corrosive medium storage, meeting the most stringent industrial barrier standards.
The 12-layer composite structure adopts multi-stage gradient protection design. Multiple groups of independent high-barrier layers form an all-round anti-permeation system to block oxygen, water vapor and organic solvent penetration. Multi-layer adhesive transition structures ensure zero delamination and improve long-term structural stability. The outer multi-protection layers enhance weather resistance and mechanical strength, while the inner high-purity functional layers meet ultra-clean storage requirements. Compared with 10-layer models, it adds refined functional layers to solve the packaging points of special composite media.
Equipped with industrial-grade ultra-precision die head and full servo synchronous control system, the machine achieves micron-level layer thickness accuracy and stable layer ratio. The multi-group independent plasticization system adapts to synchronous processing of various high-end special resins without material performance loss. The intelligent constant temperature and pressure cooling system eliminates internal stress and ensures high dimensional stability of finished products.
