The 2000L 10-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a large-capacity high-end barrier molding device. It adopts ten-extruder synchronous co-extrusion technology to produce 2000L ultra-high barrier large storage containers. It is mainly used for large-volume storage of high-purity chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials and industrial corrosive media, suitable for large-scale industrial production scenarios.
The ten-layer composite structure realizes multi-functional integrated protection. Multi-group high-efficiency barrier layers form a three-dimensional anti-permeation system to prevent gas and liquid medium leakage and volatilization. Multi-stage adhesive layers ensure tight lamination of each functional layer and improve structural stability under long-term load. The outer thickened protective layer enhances mechanical strength and pressure resistance, adapting to large-volume container bearing and transportation requirements. The inner high-purity layer meets high-standard material storage safety.
Equipped with large-spec ten-layer stacked die head and full servo linkage system, the machine accurately controls the layer ratio and wall thickness of large-capacity containers. The high-power independent plasticization system ensures sufficient and uniform melting of high-performance resins. The circulating constant-pressure cooling system effectively eliminates internal stress of large containers and improves overall rigidity and durability.
