The 2000L 12-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is an upgraded high-end large-capacity molding equipment. Based on the 10-layer structure, it adds refined functional layers to achieve stronger anti-corrosion and anti-permeation capabilities. It is specially used for large-volume storage and packaging of strong corrosive chemicals and high-grade precision industrial materials.
The 12-layer structure adopts dual-enhancement design of barrier and bonding. Double high-strength barrier layers resist complex chemical erosion and ultra-long-term medium penetration. Multi-level gradient bonding layers improve the lamination firmness of large containers and avoid structural cracking and delamination caused by large-volume stress. The outer reinforced protective layer improves impact resistance and stacking pressure resistance, adapting to industrial logistics and outdoor storage. The inner ultra-clean functional layer meets high-purity material storage standards.
Equipped with a large-flow twelve-channel synchronous die head and intelligent pressure-stabilizing control system, the machine solves the problem of uneven wall thickness of large-capacity multi-layer products. The optimized multi-unit plasticization system ensures stable melting of different functional resins. The full-automatic circulating cooling system realizes uniform shaping of 2000L super-large containers with low deformation rate and high dimensional accuracy.
