This Huayu 3000L 3-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is professionally developed for mass production of large-capacity HDPE plastic water tanks and storage containers. Adopting advanced three-layer co-extrusion technology, the equipment can complete integrated extrusion, blowing, cooling and shaping in one cycle, ensuring stable structure, uniform wall thickness and excellent overall performance of finished water tank products.
Different from single-layer molding equipment, the three-layer structural design realizes functional differentiation of each material layer. The outer layer adopts high-strength anti-aging raw materials to enhance surface hardness, UV resistance and outdoor weather resistance. The middle layer optimizes structural toughness and pressure resistance to improve the overall bearing capacity of the water tank. The inner layer uses food-grade and high-purity raw materials to ensure clean and safe storage of domestic water and conventional industrial water resources. This layered matching design effectively improves product quality while reasonably controlling production costs.
The machine adopts full-automatic extrusion blow molding configuration with independent material supply and extrusion systems for each layer. It features stable material feeding, uniform plasticization and consistent parison output. Equipped with precise wall thickness control system, it accurately adjusts the material output of each section, effectively solving common problems such as uneven wall thickness, local deformation and insufficient toughness of large water tanks. The finished products have stable size, good sealing performance and strong impact resistance.
