This machine is suitable for packaging blocks, granules, poders, liquids, sauces and other materials in stand-up bags or pouch bags.Such as: tomato sauce, mango puree and other materials.

Workstation process

1. Bag loading: This step involves placing the bags or packaging materials onto the designated loading area of the machine. The bags may be in the form of pre-made pouches or other types of packaging.
2. Coding: In this step, the machine applies codes, labels, or markings onto the bags for identification or tracking purposes. These codes can include product information, batch numbers, expiration dates, barcodes, or any other relevant data.
3. Bag opening: The machine automatically opens the bags or pouches to prepare them for filling. It may utilize mechanisms such as suction, mechanical arms, or air pressure to ensure proper bag opening without damaging the packaging materials.
4. Unloading: Once the bags are open, the machine proceeds to fill them with the desired product. This can be done using various methods, including gravity filling, auger filling, volumetric filling, or by using specific mechanisms tailored to the product being packaged.
5. Dust sweeping: To maintain cleanliness and product integrity, the machine may incorporate a dust sweeping mechanism.
6. Heat sealing: After the bags are filled, the machine performs heat sealing to seal the bags and secure the contents inside. Heat sealing can be achieved through different methods, such as impulse sealing, continuous sealing, or ultrasonic sealing, depending on the packaging material and product requirements.
7. Shaping: In this step, the machine shapes the sealed bags to achieve a desired form or appearance.
