- Film Supply and Vertical Forming: Rolled packaging films are drawn out through a film reel and formed into a tubular structure with side-sealing mechanism.
- Material Metering and Precise Filling: Materials enter the metering device through the hopper where precise metering is completed according to preset specifications.
- Bottom Sealing and Separation: The horizontal sealing and cutting blade simultaneously seals the bottom and separates individual packaged units.
- Finished Product Output: Sealed products are conveyed to the next stage via output conveyor belt.
