Our fully automatic packaging and palletizing line is an integrated production system engineered to automate the entire packaging process from start to finish. The line seamlessly combines automatic packaging machines, conveying systems, inspection equipment, case packers, robotic palletizers, and centralized PLC controls into a coordinated workflow.
The system operates through a complete sequence: material feeding, automatic weighing and bagging, sealing, conveying, weight checking and metal detection with automatic rejection of non-conforming packages, printing and coding, case erecting and packing, carton sealing, and finally robotic palletizing and pallet wrapping. From raw material input to finished pallet output, every step is fully automated, dramatically reducing manual intervention and labor costs.
The core control system uses PLC with an intuitive HMI touchscreen, enabling centralized monitoring and parameter adjustment for the entire line. The modular design allows flexible configuration to accommodate different packaging formats, product types, and capacity requirements. All product-contact components are fabricated from food-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with international food safety standards. The line also features automatic fault diagnosis, alarm display, and interlocked shutdown for safe and reliable 24/7 operation
