HG Drum Scraper Dryer For Heat Sensitive Materials With Short Drying Time
Overview
The working principle of HG series drum dryer is to form a thin film on the drum surface heated by water vapor or other carriers, and the drying is completed during the drum rotation. The product is scraped off with a scraper, and the exposed drum surface is contacted with the raw material again to form a thin film for drying.
Features
★ Steam or heat transfer oil is used as the heat source, with a large heating area, high thermal efficiency and uniform heating.
★ High drying rate, the heat transfer and mass transfer process of the wet material film on the drum wall is consistent from inside to outside, and the temperature gradient is large, so that the material film maintains a high evaporation intensity.
★ Short drying time, generally about 7-30 seconds, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
★ Easy to operate and maintain.
Application
HG series drum dryer is widely used in the drying process of sticky and paste-like materials in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
