Product Overview:
The spiral's orbital and self-rotation make the material produce a compound motion in the cone, mainly producing four forms of motion:
1. The spiral revolves along the wall, making the material move in a circle along the cone wall;
2. The spiral rotates to make the material rise along the spiral from the bottom of the cone;
3. The spiral's orbital and self-rotation compound motion makes part of the material absorbed into the spiral cylindrical surface, and at the same time, under the centrifugal force of the spiral rotation, part of the material in the spiral cylindrical surface is discharged radially into the cone;
4. The rising material falls under its own gravity. The four kinds of motion produce convection, shearing and diffusion in the mixer, thereby achieving the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.
