Operating Principle
Material is evenly distributed onto stainless steel mesh belts (12-60 mesh) via feeder systems. The dryer comprises multiple independent units, each with dedicated hot air circulation and humidity control systems.
Hot air passes through the material layer from either top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top configurations, facilitating efficient heat and mass transfer. The belt speed is adjustable based on material characteristics, ensuring optimal drying conditions throughout the process.
Multi-stage drying configurations typically include initial, intermediate, and final drying sections. The initial section handles high-moisture content with higher temperatures (up to 120°C), while final sections utilize lower temperatures (around 80°C) for temperature-sensitive materials.
