fully automatic laminator is designed for thermal film lamination. This laminator is composed of feeding unit, Heating laminating , cold laminating unit, Slitting Unit, Waste fan motor and pipe, Rewinding unit .
The Feedng is adopt the Photo eye tracing system to rectification system of alignment
With Pneumatic system to up and down the rubber rollers and pressure adjustable , the material run thorough with good surface no damage
Heating roll adopts built-in Electric Heating system or also can choose oil heating system to precisionize laminating temperature.
This machine centralizes the features of compact structure, high automatization, humanized operation design, and is an excellent choice for large and medium -size enterprises.
APPLICATIONS:It is used for the lamination pre-glued film and paper / copper film , insulating film , conductive heating film , 3M/Nitto/Avery/ /Capton/EVA/Industrial Tape etc

2, with Photo Electric Eye to make the aligment before laminating
3, laminating roller with heating device can max heating to 180 degree
4, which has excellent performance to temperature control. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.
5. Pneumatic pressuring system provides automatically steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality. The pressure is adjustable upon applications.
6. Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionizes film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.
7. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.
