This die cutting machine is widely used for complete or half cutting for flaky materials.Half cutting or semi cutting is mean the upper layer materials are complete cutting without cutting the lower layer materials.
Usage:most for flaky materials: protective film, LCD film,sound insulation sealing materials, luminescent chip, touch panel, flexible printed circuit boards, insulation film, label stickers, foam,automotive upholstery, nameplates, copper foil, aluminium foil,rubber,LCD/PC/PP/PET/PVC and also other electronic materials.
Feature:
1.This die cutter specially designed lower cutting and positioning mechanism.The The precision is ±0.02mm. Fine tunning precision is 0.01mm.
2.Both complete cutting and half cutting are available.
3.The solid machine body structure of double-crank connecting rod balancing and four-column guiding and block-dead body fine-adjustment mechanism, which can guarantee the speed and accuracy of die cutting machine.
4.Precise feeding and position alignment has a precision of ±0.03mm.
5.Protective protective device can protect can ensure the safety of the operator.
