Functional characteristics:

This is slitting rewinding machine with laminating function,with inflatable shaft to unwind and rewind materials,magnetic powder to control the tension,EPC web guiding controller system to rectify the material in line,automatic meter counter,precise slitting,fast slitting speed,easy operation and maintenance.

Purpose:
This machine can slit flexible materials,such as plastic,paper,foam,film,protective film,OPP, PE,PVC,PET,label,sticker,etc.

Main Technical Parameters:

1pcs 3inch inflatable unwind shaft.Magnetic powder brake 100N controls the unwinding tension.

EPC Web Guiding Controller System to keep the material in line.

Up 3inch inflatable unwind shaft for laminating function.Magnetic powder brake 50N controls the unwinding tension.

Laminating and pulling roller: Upper and under PU rubber roller with Diameter 135mm. 2 cylinders adjust the rubber roller up and down. Aluminum guide roller with hard anode oxidation.

Upper 65mm knife shaft with slitter Dia.110*75*1 Under 65mm knife shaft with slitter Dia.90*65*10 Manual fine-tuning lock device. 8 rotary slitting blade can be adjustable,the minimum slitting width is 25mm.

Air blower for trimming.

2pcs 3inch inflatable rewind shaft.Magnetic powder clutch 50N control the rewinding tension. Double main motor. 2 pneumatic arms to hold the rewinding shaft.

The slitting speed and the tension can be set on this control panel.With meter counter.
