Functional characteristice:
1.Automatic roll unwinding - laminating - kiss or full through die cutting - waste discharge - sheet cut or automatic rewinding.
2.Hydraulic cylinder, great power, stable performance.
3.Precise four-column automatic balancing rod design, the depth of each cutting position is consistent.
4.Automatic buffering design,multi - layer cutting when compared with the upper, lower no dimensional error.
5.Cutting and positioning mechanism, precision ±0.02mm, can be done through die cutting or kiss die cutting.
6.PLC and man - machine interface automatic programming control program, easy to operate, and can remember different cutting
program.
7.The servo motor controls the feeding system.
8.Cutting speed up to 45 times per minute.
9.Adjustable center clamping knife device can improve the efficiency of changing different size tool.
10.Optional:PET belt conveyor device, anti-static device, oil temperature cooling device.etc.
