FBE coating material is the thermosetting material, and it is consist of solid epoxy resin, curing agent and various additives by mixing, grinding. When performing, steel pipe is heated to 220-230℃, then FBE podwder is sprayed on the surface of the pipe by electrostatic adsorption method, and finally the powder will be fused and boned by heating, and solidified by cooling.
