Application: Used for steel pipe internal/external powder coating,or primer layer of 3LPE/3LPP
1. Product Features
This type of powder coating is a thermosetting pure epoxy powder coating ,it is suitable for three-layer polypropylene(3PP) anti-corrosion layer .
The epoxy powder coating is used as the bottom layer, which has excellent adhesion and cathodic disbonding resistance.
The coating forms a good anti-corrosion system which resist high temperature, various chemicals such as acid, alkali and salts and external damage.
Compared with the anti-corrosion structure of the 3PE,It has a wider temperature range.Currently, it is a major long-lasting anticorrosive material.
2. Precautions
· Storage conditions:It is stored in a dry, ventilated environment below 30 ℃. During this time, it must not be near the heat source.
· After the package is opened for use, the unused portion must be repackaged to prevent moisture absorption from the air.
· Transportation condition:Direct sunlight and rain must be prevented during transportation. When the temperature is above 35℃, it should take insulation measures.
· Conditions of use: Before coating, the surface treatment of steel pipes should meet the requirements of
· GB/T 8923.1. After the surface treatment, the wall of the pipe must be coated within 4 hours.
· Construction safety: Although this product is non-toxic, non-polluting and not easy to burn, measures should be taken to prevent a large amount of inhalation during construction.
