The HY-48 oligo synthesizer is a fast and efficient CNA RNA synthesizer. It can synthesize from 1-48 high quality primers and modification probes simultaneously. It is highly flexible and can be easily upgraded the number of channels and amidite positions.

There is an advanced design, the instrument divides into 6 banks, each bank can put in 8 columns, which can run different programme independently. 

The reagents are separated from the vial to the synthesis column without crossings, which saves the dosage, the activator and the phosphoramidites can be added at the same time furing coupling.

It is devided into 6 banks and 8 synthesis columns can be placed inside each bank. New and simple design for easy operation.

Unattended large-scale synthesis, 48 sequences of 5nmol to 5umol scale be done in less than 6 minutes per base. 

The vacuum diaphragm pump with evacuation system can avoid environment pollution, which has self-test, protection, power failure, and pause continue function.
