Galvanized Steel Sheet is defined as a carbon steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides. Galvanized Steel Coil  produce galvanized steel with two main processes: continuous hot dip galvanizing and electro galvanizing.
 

Hot dip galvanized steel plate DX51D,also named as hot dip galvanized steel sheet DX51D+Z and hot dip zinc coated steel plate and coil DX51D+ZF.Under EN 10142 steel standard,there are DX51D+Z,DX51D+ZF which is for bending and profiling quality,DX52D+Z,DX52+ZF which is for drawing quality,DX53+Z,DX53+ZF which is for deep drawing quality,DX54D+Z,DX54D+ZF which is for special deep drawing quality,DX56D+Z,DX56D+ZF which is for extra deep drawing quality.
 

When ordering us Galvanized steel plate and coils DX51D+Z and DX51D+ZF,our customer shall inform us the following requirements for steel DX51D+Z and DX51D+ZF:I.The nominal dimensions and tolerances on dimensions and shape. II. Steel name or steel number and symbol for the type of hot dip galvanized steel plate or coil.III. Number designating the nominal mass of Zinc coating.III. Letter denoting the coating finish (N,M,R).IV. Letter denoting the surface quality(A,B,C).V. Letter denoting the surface treatment(C,O,CO,S,P,U)
