1 Automatic Fruit Beverage Juice Bottled Filling Machine Line with Easy Operation
RGF series glass bottle washing, filling and capping three in one filling machine is a kind of high filling precision and adjustable filling speed juice with fruit pulp bottling machine. It adopts bottle bottom lifting technology. By this technology, this machine can be used to fill all kinds of glass bottle. According to different model, capacity of the machine is in the range of 1,000 BPH to 24,000 BPH. Machine is forced by frequency variable motor, controlled by world famous brand PLC and other electronic components, such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Airtac etc.

3. Special design for bottle rinser gripper, with full stainless steel structure, it does not contact with the bottle neck thread spot, avoids the second pollution.

5. Good quality valves control liquid flow, which can guarantee low liquid level changes inside the tank and high filling precision.
6. Filling valves open is according to signal, they open timely, action is accurate and reliable.
7. High speed and high flow rate, high accuracy filling valve, high filling speed, stable liquid level.
8. Capping heads adopt magnetism permanent torque device, which can guarantees the quality of sealing cap, and also it will not damage the cap.
9. Uses the high effective cap sorter and automatic cap feeding system. It has perfect cap feeding and cap protection device.
10. Bottle outlet thumb wheel adopts the spiral-down way. There is no need to adjust the bottle conveyor height when changing the bottle shape.
11. Equipped with perfect over-load protection. It can protect the machine and operator's security effectively.
12. Main electrical parts, electrical control valve, frequency inverter etc. are all use famous foreign brand product to insure the quality.
