Product Overview
QGF series is special designed for producing 3 gallon bottle water and 5 gallon bottle
water. Whole unit includes bottle washing, filling and sealing. It can fill mineral water, pure water and other drinking water.
Machine is made by 304 stainless steel plate. Main electrical parts are Siemens,Omron, etc.
Main structure of the machine: machine shell, water collecting tank, water pipes, water pump, air cylinder, force conveying parts,
electrical parts, etc. Machine can finish empty bottle washing by several steps, precision fix quantify water filling, automatic
cap sealing in a unit. All action of the machine is controlled by PLC.
Empty bottle washing: alkaline water washing inside and outside of the bottle – sterilizing water inside and outside washing –
pure water insider and outside washing. Alkaline water and sterilizing water can be recycled. All water washing process is
controlled by PLC. Machine has several protecting devices, which can make the machine run steady.
Whole production line will include: automatic cap removing machine, rotary type bottle washing and brushing machine, automatic
bottle loading machine, bottle inside washing machine, water filling machine, cap loading machine, cap washing machine, cap
sorter, label shrinking machine, light inspector, linear type bottle lifting machine, automatic palletizer and conveying system.
