Jiangsu Luoming's industrial oxygen generator utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-purity oxygen from ambient air. The system employs clean compressed air as raw material and high-performance zeolite molecular sieves as the adsorbent medium.
Technical Operation Process
The PSA process involves a pressure adsorption-decompression-desorption cycle where compressed air passes through twin tower PSA modules. The zeolite molecular sieves preferentially adsorb nitrogen molecules due to their higher diffusion rate, allowing oxygen to be concentrated and extracted efficiently.
