PSA Technology Process
PSA Technology revolutionizes non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. The process uses specialized Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) for optimal performance. Compressed air passes through a Twin Tower module with automatic changeover valves, is dried using a Refrigerated Dryer, then interacts with Zeolite molecular sieves that preferentially adsorb nitrogen molecules, allowing oxygen to pass through. The oxygen is directed to a surge vessel with Back Pressure Regulator for consistent pressure maintenance.
