PSA Technology Overview
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology represents a breakthrough in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. The system utilizes specialized Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) technology for optimal performance. Compressed air passes through a Twin Tower module with automatic changeover valves after drying via a Refrigerated Dryer. The Zeolite Molecular Sieves preferentially adsorb nitrogen molecules, allowing oxygen gas to pass through efficiently. The resulting oxygen is directed to a surge vessel equipped with a Back Pressure Regulator to maintain consistent system pressure.
