PSA Nitrogen Generation System Overview
The Jiangsu Luoming Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen Generator utilizes advanced adsorption technology to produce high-purity nitrogen gas directly from compressed air. This energy-efficient system eliminates the need for nitrogen cylinder storage and transportation, providing a reliable on-site nitrogen supply solution.
Working Principle
The PSA nitrogen generation process operates through two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) material. Compressed air enters one tower under pressure, where the CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas. This continuous cycle ensures consistent nitrogen production with purity levels ranging from 95% to 99.999%.
