PSA Nitrogen Generator Overview
Jiangsu Luoming pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generators produce high-purity nitrogen gas directly from compressed air. This advanced air separation technology eliminates the need for nitrogen cylinder storage and transportation, providing a reliable on-site nitrogen supply solution.
How PSA Nitrogen Generation Works
The system operates through two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) material:
- Compressed air enters one adsorption tower under pressure
- CMS material selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through
- High-purity nitrogen is collected as the final product
- Purity levels range from 95% to 99.999% depending on application requirements
