Working Principle
The refrigerated compressed air dryer operates on the principle of frozen dehumidification. It forces compressed air through the evaporator for heat exchange cooling. When gaseous water and oil in compressed air cool under equal pressure, they condense into liquid water and oil mixed with dust, which is then exhausted through the automatic drainage system, resulting in clean, dry compressed air.

PSA Technology Overview
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Technology represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation. Using special grade Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS), the system processes compressed air through twin tower PSA modules with automatic changeover valves.
After passing through a refrigerated dryer for moisture removal, the dried compressed air contacts the Zeolite molecular sieve bed, which preferentially adsorbs nitrogen molecules. The resulting oxygen gas is directed to a surge vessel where minimum pressure is maintained using a back pressure regulator.
