Process Overview
Nitrogen and hydrogen with specified flow rates and purity levels enter the system simultaneously. After thorough mixing, the gas mixture passes through the palladium catalyst deaerator where the chemical reaction 2H₂ + O₂ = 2H₂O occurs, effectively removing oxygen. The resulting water vapor is then removed through cooling and drying processes, achieving nitrogen with a dew point of approximately -60°C.
