Jiangsu Luoming's Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator extracts high-purity nitrogen from compressed air using advanced molecular sieve technology. This energy-efficient system eliminates the need for nitrogen cylinder storage and transportation.
The PSA nitrogen generation process operates through two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS):
- Compressed air containing oxygen and nitrogen flows into one adsorption tower under high pressure
- CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through
- Produces nitrogen gas with purity levels ranging from 95% to 99.999%
- Continuous operation ensures reliable on-site nitrogen production
