Machine description:
3. The upper and lower cutting axis is controlled by two servomotors to cut off the slider's fast movement, realizing the cutting
and torsional cutting.
4. The pitch axis is driven by servo motor, and the high precision rolling screw is used to make the pitch claw move, so as to ensure the height accuracy of the pitch. 5. The cam axis drives reducing diameter slider through the cam and the plane lever to complete reducing diameter. The lifting of the quill axis is controlled by the motor, which is convenient and labor-saving.
