Machine description:
1. This machine adopts computer digital control. Any one of the five axis can move independently, but also can coordinate several axis linkage. In the production process, the machine has precise transmission, smooth movement, wear resistance and long life. 2. The wire feeding axis is driven by the imported servo motor, which can realize high-speed and high-precision wire feeding of any length. 3. The upper and lower cutting axis is controlled by two servomotors to cut off the slider's fast movement, realizing the cutting and torsional cutting.
4. The pitch axis is driven by servo motor, and the high precision rolling screw is used to make the pitch claw move, so as to ensure the height accuracy of the pitch. 5. The cam axis drives reducing diameter slider through the cam and the plane lever to complete reducing diameter. The lifting of the quill axis is controlled by the motor, which is convenient and labor-saving.
