Its central loose tube, filled with water-blocking gel, protects the optical fibers from moisture and mechanical stress. The combination of corrugated steel tape (CST) and aluminum tape (ALT) armor layers provides superior crush resistance, rodent protection, and enhanced durability. The UV-resistant polyethylene (PE) outer sheath guarantees long-lasting performance in harsh outdoor conditions.
