Application Methods
Method 1: Single Addition
Add one-third of the deoxidizer to the ladle when molten steel reaches it, allowing for deep deoxidation after preliminary deoxidation by silicon manganese and silicon iron.
Method 2: Combined Addition
Add silicon aluminum calcium deoxidizer together with silicon iron and silicon manganese at the bottom of the ladle for comprehensive deoxidation.
Method 3: Split Addition
Add half of the deoxidizer to the ladle bottom and the remaining half when molten steel reaches one-third capacity.
