Application Methods
Deoxidation Application
- Add directly to ladle bottom before steelmaking
- Dosage: 4-6 kg per 1000kg steel, based on endpoint molten steel carbon content
- Conventional addition of manganese iron, silicon iron, and aluminum before 1/4 of steelmaking
- After steelmaking, carbon structural steel typically requires only manganese and ferrosilicon addition
- No additional alloys or aluminum wire feeding needed
- Molten steel requires only argon blowing refinement
- Reduces carbon enhancing agent (silicon carbide) usage by 30-50%
Desulfurization Application
- Add 1/3 of total amount to ladle bottom in advance, positioned at steel flow impact point
- Add remaining 2/3 as molten steel flows out
- Dosage: 6-8kg per 1000kg steel, based on original sulfur content and usage effectiveness

Application Scope
